Moving towards...

The evening is slowly moving towards night now, and I've had a pretty good day. Calm and collected for once, and I've been able to keep myself distracted.

I've followed a good food schedule and had no sweets today, at all. Which is good. I've recently started dieting ( Or well more like hello I started dieting today!) since I really want to get healthy and in shape. As much as I love my body, I am growing sick of the way other people look at it since it's making me feel uncomfortable whenever I'm out.

I've also been to the gym for a nice workout together with my mother, though starting of with a few easy things. Today I did some powerwalking and spent 25 minutes on the crosstrainer. I need to get my body started again and fall back into my old, good habits. Not the bad ones I have acquired lately.

And after a quick dinner, here I am! Writing for you guys as I'm waiting for my hair to dry after my shower. And I had this brilliant thought of a tip I need to share with you guys. I have a bit of a shower routine, since I love to make my skin feel good and smooth! And I figured I should let you guys know what I use! I have a strong love for The Body Shop, so my products are from that brand, of course.

First of all, while I'm in the shower I use their Strawberry Body Polish, which has a nice scent as well as a really nice feel. It doesn't produce that feel, like if you're tearing your skin off when you use it, like some peelings or body polishes may do. It has a really good effect too and cleans your skin very nicely!
After getting out of the shower, I always butter myself up! Haha I know that was a lame joke. But I use Indian Night Jasmine Body Butter, also from the body shop. I like body butter more than I like lotions, because the feel is more smooth against your skin and it doesn't feel as heavy and not as sticky as lotions can. The finish is smooth and your skin feels really good afterwards. Not to mention that this scent is to die for!  So I definitely reccomend it!
And now, when I'm feeling fresh and fine, I'm going to make myself some tea and get some writing done. Stimulating my brain with something I love to do is tempting after all!

Much love!
